If this was an email and was not addressed to you by name then it's a scam - there is probably a link for you to cancel the purchase which if you hover your mouse over it you will see it's not to an Apple URL: do not follow up any such links, ever.
If you want to check your purchases, do so directly in the iTunes Store.

Then change your Apple ID password > Change your Apple ID password - Apple Support
