Q: What would I need to take with me to send my iphone in for repair/diagnostic?

I want to send my iphone in due to a possible fault. I am doing a walk in so would I need to take anything apart from my iphone with me?

    Hello fauzzyD,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

I see where you are taking your iPhone in for service. Sorry that it isn't working. I would certainly recommending backing up your iPhone either through iTunes or iCloud if possible. As far as accessories, if the issue is related to an accessory, it would help if you took that. For example, an issue with your ear buds, you might want to bring those along. Or a charging issue, the power adapter and cable could be useful.
