Q: Older "how to" article needs correction, how to accomplish that?

I found this article:

Automatically make shared files writable for others

It has a serious mistake: The forum software has converted the texts into underscores, i.e. "add_subdirectory" has become "addsubdirectory" and "directory_inherit" has become "directoryinherit", making the commands not work.

I wanted to leave a comment on the article to make the writer aware of it and ask him to fix it, but I am not offered any way to comment or even rate it.

Next I tried to contact the author (Király) but that doesn't offer a contact either.

Lastly, I tried to comment on a posting of his in a forum but all keep getting is a message about some error occuring that maybe I got logged out (I certainly wasn't) and to contact an admin if the issue persists (but again, I find no explanation how to contact an admin).

This forum is a mess, isn't it?

Anyhow. How can the article be fixed? It's useless the way it is as hardly anyone will be figure out the mistake on their own.
