Q: My iPod 5 is frozen on the lockscreen and my home button is stuck so I can't reset it?

Today when I was facetiming I tried going to another app with the home button. when i pressed it, i realized it was stuck and wouldn't bring me to the homescreen. i pressed hard with a pen and it worked, but as i went to the settings to put a on-put home button is got stuck again and soon the ipod 5 froze on the lockscreen and i dont know what to do. i tried putting rubbing alcohol but it spread to the screen and it changed the screen color. i still get notifications and the time still shows, and it charges and everything. what do i do to fix this? im freaking out
