1) Have you restarted your iMac?
Then relaunch Logic Pro X and the content download should restart... hopefully at a faster speed.
2) Try connecting your iMac to your router via Ethernet if you are currently doing so via WiFi....

1. Yes, I did restart my iMac several times.
2. And yes, I did connect via LAN.
But still got very low speed as the same. Anyway, I try downloaded big files from other source and found that the download speed was fast as usual. Do these mean Logic's server got problem?

Maybe.. or somewhere along the the route from your location to Apple's servers, there was an issue.. which is more likely.....
Anyhow, glad you got it sorted out....
