Q: What if you can no longer access an email account used to create your Apple ID?

I purchased some apps with an older Apple ID which was connected to an email address I can no longer access.

I would like to share those apps with my new Apple ID using family share but can't access the iCloud invite.

You can change your ID to another address as long as it's not an Apple one and isn't associated with an Apple ID. Before you do so, sign out of iCloud and iTunes on all your Macs and devices to avoid problems. Then change the ID and sign back in.
