Q: Iphone 6 can not be syned, not enough access
After installing Windows 10 I had to uninstall I Tunes and reinstall. Upon reinstalling I get this message when I try syncing my phone, "Iphone 6 can not be syned. You do not have enough access for this operation". I tried deauthorizing my computer and reauthorizing but to no avail. Restarted both the computer and IPhone to no avail. I recognizes the phone and starts the process, but will not start last step.

Hi there gchakos,
It sounds like you are trying to sync your phone with your library but you are getting a message stating that you dong have enough access privileges for this operation. Usually that happens because either 1) iTunes doesn't have sufficient permission to do what it needs to do or 2) something that you are trying to sync with iTunes is denying access. First I would recommend running iTunes as an Administrator. Use these steps from the Microsoft Windows 7 support document that follows. I know you are using Windows 10 but the steps are the same:
How do I run an application once with a full administrator access token?
Locate the program icon or a shortcut in Windows Explorer.
Right-click the program icon or shortcut, and then click Run as administrator.
When the UAC message is displayed, do one of the following:
If you are logged on as a standard user, or if UAC is configured to always require credentials, enter the appropriate administrative credentials, and then click OK.
If you are logged on as an administrator and UAC is not configured to always require credentials, click Yes to start the application.
If that does not resolve the issue the next thing to check would be the iPod Photo Cache. It may need to be deleted so it can be recreated, which this article will help you do:
About the iPod Photo Cache folder
When you use iTunes to sync photos to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod, iTunes creates a folder called iPod Photo Cache. This folder stores photos that are optimized for display on your device.
...
The location of this folder depends on the syncing options you select in iTunes. In iTunes, if you change the selection in the Sync Photos From menu, a new iPod Photo Cache folder will be created (and the previous folder will remain).
From a Folder on Mac OS X, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8
The iPod Photo Cache will be in the folder you selected to sync with.
Again, I know the article steps say they are for different versions of Windows, but the same principle holds true for Windows 10.
