Jun 29, 2015 4:35 PM in response to kenbechby TimSiwula,Hey,
Were you or anyone else able to resolve this issue?
Any updates from anyone?
I am still experiencing this issue. I will try to figure it out. I am running the latest OS X.
I think I fixed this last time by modifying my time capsule settings in the airport application.
Under network if you try different router modes it may work.
I miss this feature.
Where of where is apple at with this .

Jun 29, 2015 5:22 PM in response to kenbechby Neal Bridgens,I Was just trying to use it this weekend. Not sure if I had that same error, but some unedifying error (one where "connect as" just causes it to return an error rather than giving you a chance to enter anything in the dialog box).
I've mostly just given up on apple as google Remote Desktop just seems to work without all the frustration.
I've gone through at least one long AppleCare ordeal trying to get screen sharing working, and the impression I got it that even Apple doesn't really know how it works.

Jul 15, 2015 1:15 PM in response to kenbechby Justin Brady,B2MM is just terrible. Support has tried to fix mine so many times, and it just never works right. A few times they got it working, and then it stopped weeks later. I follow all instructions, every time and it's just a wild goose chase.
I wish they wouldn't roll out half baked solutions like this. They are quickly turning into Microsoft.

Aug 4, 2015 6:18 AM in response to kenbechby SonicArmin,Same problem here, but it only started after the latest upgrade to OSX 10.10.4 and iOS 8.4. Since both upgrades happened for me at the same time more or less I can't tell which one is the culprit, though.

Aug 23, 2015 9:26 AM in response to kenbechby johnlev,★HelpfulSo, I had the EXACT same problem. I have been trying to figure out Back to My Mac for a while, and only just understood what it was, when to my surprise, it didn't work!!
BUT: I managed to figure it out! I followed the instructions on this page: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203907, and it worked! After trying the "Check your settings and connections" section, nothing happened and I couldn't get it to work, but then I performed the "Update your Back to My Mac keys (former MobileMe accounts)" section, and presto! It worked! I figure it was because I, like everyone else it seems, was using MobileMe before Mavericks and iCloud were implemented. This should fix the issue:
Update your Back to My Mac keys (former MobileMe accounts)
If your MobileMe account was moved to iCloud, you should delete those keys from the computer you're connecting to:
- Open Keychain Access, located in /Applications/Utilities.
- From the list of Keychains on the left, choose System.
- Click the Kind column header to sort the Keychain list by kind.
- Select all keys of the kind "Back to My Mac key.”
- Delete the selected keys. You'll need to enter your administrator password.
- Quit Keychain Access.
- Choose System Preferences from the menu.
- In iCloud preferences, deselect Back to My Mac, then select it again.
The DNS server warning prevails, but Back to My Mac works again!
