Q: FaceTime not going through to other iPads

During the last couple of weeks I have not been able to place calls through FaceTime to other iPads. My FaceTime "rings"and "rings" but it does not make it to the other end. It does work when I FaceTime to an iPhone. I can receive FaceTime calls from others with no problem. My iPad has the latest IOS update.

Greetings MercedesDi,

After reviewing your post, it sounds like the iPad is not able to make outgoing connections to other devices using FaceTime. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.
