Q: fan speed stuck at 6914rpm

I have a MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013)

2.4 GHz Intel Core i5

8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

earlier today I powered up my macbook and the fan speed shot up to 6900 rpm which is odd as it is usually only ever at around 2300, the temperature is only 34 degrees and there is no reason as to why my mac is doing this, i have done an smc reset, My mac also does this while it is on sleep and ive honestly tried everything (smc reset, reinstall the mac software, restored from backup) you name it ive probably tried it, and i have no idea what to do now, i do have apple care luckily but i need my mac fixed before the 7th of sep  as i go back to college, is there anything i haven't tried anybody else could suggest or at least tell me why my mac is doing this, ive also set an appointment to go to the apple store on the 31st but i would like to have any sort of short and quick answer now

also sorry for my terrible grammar and spelling im currently writing this in a car and dont really have much time on my hands.
