I see from your post that you have purchased an Audiobook in the iTunes Store, and the download has been interrupted so now it is showing an option to resume. To resume this download please follow the steps outlined below.
Restart a download on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
- Tap iTunes Store.
- On your iPhone or iPod touch, tap More at the bottom of the screen. Then tap Downloads.
On your iPad, tap Downloads. - If prompted, enter your Apple ID and password.
- Tap the blue download arrow next to a paused item to resume the download.
If you can't complete the download on your iOS device, download it in iTunes on your Mac or PC. Then sync it to your iOS device.
You can also transfer purchases from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to a computer.
If you still can't restart your downloads, get more help.
