It cannot be done.
There do seem to be web pages that "say" they have iMessages compatible apps but I have yet to see any proof you can download a working item.

Aug 25, 2015 1:23 PM in response to tiaramartin65by queerlywitches,Sadly, Windows computers are not compatible with iMessage. Only Apple devices can send iMessages, so if you wanted to send iMessages from a computer, you'd have to purchase a Mac.
