Q: I have an i phone 4 and cannot seem to update my ios

I cannot access my cloud storage because of an outdated ios I have tried to download an updated ios but it will not allow me. Any suggestions

iOS 7.1.2 is the last possible iOS for an iPhone 4. iCloud Drive requires iOS 8 but there are other iCloud features that will work with iOS 7. See the minimum system requirements section of the following: System requirements for iCloud - Apple Support
