Q: Why can't I sign in iCloud?

The former E-mail address was stolen and I changed my Apple account right after I found out. And then, when I tried to purchase something on Mac app Store, I can't sign in my account.It's always about "connection" failed and "You can't sign in at this time."

MacBook (Retina, 12-inch, Early 2015), OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)
