May 8, 2015 8:39 AM in response to jason269by mosasaurus,These links are not helping, I can go into my iTunes app, select more, select not on this iphone, find my song, select the cloud so I can redownload my purchase... and still the "this device is already associated with an apple id" pops up. On my MacBook iTunes I can't see my phone in the devices and can't add it.
I don't understand why there can't be a step by step process outlined. I find solutions to almost every problem on this site with step by step but in this case it isn't as simple as that. Why?

Oct 31, 2015 9:57 PM in response to Colblyby BlayneS,On iTunes, click itunes Store. Right had side click "support" should open up a internet window and just click authorize your computer and it will tel you how.
to speed things up just click"control b" on your iTunes they should open up a bar, click on store be activate your device. Good luck

Apr 3, 2016 8:32 PM in response to Colblyby lightofdawn,This page will show you exactly how to do it. I was having the same issues as others but I was going to ITunes Store and not "Store" all the way at the top of the computer screen. Hope it helps!
