Q: keyboard only works for 1 user

Hi,

We have a imac with Yosemite installed, the main users keyboard does not work either wired or bluetooth, its very slow that you have to press the keys really hard and then it takes 5 seconds for a response, however on my user account it works fine as i am typing this, please help

iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)

Thanks for the question. If I understand correctly, the keyboard is not working with only one profile. I would recommend that you read these articles, they may be helpful in troubleshooting your issue.

OS X Yosemite: If keys on your keyboard don’t work

Since the problem is with one profile, it could be a start up item causing the issue.
