I have no idea in how to sync photos in my computer. I tried to use Google photo but it could only upload my photos from my iPhone and cannot edit them.

You can't edit photos at iCloud.com either.
You could transfer the photos from your iPhone to your computer via USB cable: Import photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your Mac or Windows PC - Apple Support
Other methods include via 3rd party apps such as http://www.photosync-app.com/ or via Dropbox.
