Q: I can only FaceTime audio my friend, video not working.

Hey everyone,

My friend has an iPad 4th Gen - WiFi Only - 16GB and I can only seem to make Facetime AUDIO calls only, we cannot do facetime video. I have an iPhone 6 Plus, her apple id is obviously working because it works for iMessage and facetime audio but video facetime is grayed out or not shown, can anyone help? As you can see in the screenshot below only the phone button shows and not the video icon.
