Q: Activity App not Syncing on iPhone
I noticed that the activity app on my Apple Watch is not synching with the activity app on my iPhone. The watch app appears to be more current. Is there something that I can do to get the iPhone app to refresh or sync up and match the watch?

Hi Scott
Try these steps:
- Check that you have Bluetooth and Wi-Fi enabled on your iPhone.
- Check that your Apple Watch is connected to your iPhone
- Swipe up on your watch face > swipe left or right to the Settings Glance - this will show whether it is connected / disconnected.

- Check that both your iPhone and Apple Watch are running the latest operating system software.
- Reset the network settings on your iPhone (you will need to re-establish your Wi-Fi connection afterwards, if configured)
- Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
- This resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings and VPN and APN settings that you’ve used before.
- Restart both your iPhone and Apple Watch
- Restart Apple Watch: Press and hold the side button until you see the Power Off slider; Drag the slider to turn off completely; Afterwards, press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.
