Q: Having to "Agree" to the terms EVERY time app is opened on PC

Can someone please explain why, when I open iTunes, I have to do the "Agree" thing? And when I'm in, all my settings are gone?!!! - Equalizer, screen settings, etc. This occurs every time I open the app. I am using Windows 10. Thank you

Good day VegasRookie,

It sounds as if whenever you launch iTunes on your Windows computer it asks you to agree to some Terms and Conditions, and when it completes launching you find that any changes you have made in settings have not been saved. Is this correct?

I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article - Fix unexpected quits or launch issues in iTunes for Windows.
