Aug 31, 2015 8:36 PM in response to Cybert_beby swandy,Assuming that both your iTunes on your Mac and iPhone are signed in with the same Apple ID and that they both have turned on Apple Music AND iCloud Music Library, the songs that you uploaded/matched from whichever device you originally set up Apple Music and more importantly iCloud Music Library should show on both devices under My Music.
Also any music you add (either by ripping CDs, purchasing from iTunes or adding from Apple Music) should also show up on both.
However, if you are asking about the old method of syncing music or a playlist from your Mac to your iPhone using iTunes, you can no longer do that if the iPhone is signed up for iCloud Music Library. It only works with the syncing and then you can download songs/albums to the iPhone to make them available for offline listening.
