I understand that you haven’t been receiving all of your incoming text messages and you have noticed an alert as well that says you have no SIM card installed. It is very possible that these two issues are related.
I would first suggest troubleshooting the issue with no SIM card. To begin this process, please read over and work through the instructions located in the attached article below.

Contact your network provider ask them to check service .
They may sent a Simcard update or a new Simcard .
