Q: How come i cannot download my Numbers file to my desktop or convert it to Excel?

    I understand that you are unable to access iCloud Drive documents.  Could you provide more information on what exact issues you are experiencing?  I would also need to know what Mac OS X version you are using to provide a better answer.  However, here is a troubleshooting article that may help with this scenario.
