I know that it can be frustrating when you can't wake your computer back up and it is beeping at you. Based of your description, it sounds like you are having issue with the RAM on your MacBook Pro.

To get it fixed, you will want to Contact Apple Support to go over your options as far as a repair is concerned. This could be something where only once RAM module is not working. If that is the case then it is a simple repair and possible cheaper repair.

The second option is replacing it yourself. Take a look at the store link below and select which model of MacBook Pro you have to order replacement RAM. A side note, if you have AppleCare, then it may not cost you any additional funds and Contacting Apple would be the recommended course of action.
