Q: My Mac book pros bluetooth isnt working

i bought a jbl charge 2 and i tried connecting it to my mac book pro (which is new) and it doesnt come up, even my phones bluetooth didnt come up on my laptop. my usb thing doesnt work sometimes also but,idk what to do to get my bluetooth on my mac fixed

Phones aren't meant to be connected via Bluetooth to your Mac.

On your Mac open System Preferences > Bluetooth

See if the JBL speaker is recognized there.
