Q: Billings info

I can sign in to itunes fine with my apple ID. However when i click on account the sign in window appears. my apple Id is already filled in but it wants my password. i when i type it in , the same window appears again with the password field blank. I know I am using the correct password !

iPod touch (4th generation), Windows 8

Greetings,
I have a IToons gift card that I want to use for my I Cloud storage charge, Im unable to find how to use it for the billing, there seem to be no options. Do you have a suggestion ?
