Sep 3, 2015 9:43 AM in response to brenden dvby basjan100,that did not help.....please try and find a solution if possible....my iphone 5 and my wifes and my brothers iphone 6 does the same thing when connected to the lenovo laptop woth windows 10...if i connect an external hard drive it works fine so all 3 usb ports are working........
