Q: Windows 10 - Office 365 - Sync Issue with iCloud

Got a new laptop with Windows 10. Installed Office 365. Installed latest version of iCloud (already have an iCloud account) and can not get the Mail, Contacts & Calendar option to show up on the iCloud Sync screen.

My old laptop was Windows 7 and Office 2007 sync'd fine with iCloud.

Is this a Windows 10 issue?

Any advice on how to fix?

See the quote below from System requirements for iCloud - Apple Support

  • Microsoft Windows 7, 8, or 8.1. Windows 10 currently isn't supported with iCloud for Windows.
