Sep 5, 2015 11:58 AM in response to brenden dvby The_Hirsty,Thank you for this information. I have already tried this and it advised switching the router on and off which is ineffectual. Just attempting to reply to this has required me to switch the wifi on and off 5 times. Make that 6.

Also try turning off Bluetooth.

If your Wi-Fi source is capable of generating a 5 GHz Wi-Fi network, try that to help avoid conflicts with Bluetooth.
