I understand that you may be experiencing an issue with your preordered content. Here is an article for you that explains about preorders in iTunes and may have some useful information for you:
View, cancel, or see the expected release dates for your pending pre-orders
You can't manage pre-orders on iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. To manage your pre-orders on a computer:
- Open iTunes.
- Click on your Apple ID.
- Click Account info.

- If prompted, enter your password.
- Under Settings, click Manage Pre-Orders.

- On the Manage Pre-Order screen, you can view information about your pre-orders. To cancel a pre-order, click the Cancel button to the right of the item, and then confirm it.

Billing issues
If a billing issue prevents us from completing your purchase when the item is released, we'll send you an email to let you know that the item is available.
You can click the link in the email to check your billing information and complete your purchase.
