Q: How do I install apps in another country where I am to live for 12 months while my bank account details stay back in my home country?

I Am in the UK for 12 months.

 

my bank account details are still in my home country. Therefore Apple stop me from changing countries.

 

itunes / App Store blocks me from installing new apps on my ipad

 

is the only solution to set up a VPN link to my home country every time I wish to install a new app?

iPad 2, iOS 8.4.1

    You don't need to change countries in order to log into the App Store using your normal Apple ID. I have no problem doing that. You just continue downloading apps from your regular App Store. You just can't get apps from the UK Apple Store.
