Q: is not work can you help

I bought a second hand iphone from someone.., which icloud id will my phone ask for activation and there is old owner number i try contact to him but number is not work ******* is number is form uk and I'm in Pakistan if you can do something thanks

    No. What you have encountered it the Activation Lock. There is no way around it at all except to get the password and AppleID of the original owner or have them release it from their iCloud account. Without that you are now the proud owner of a brick shaped like an iPhone. The only function is will serve for you is a paperweight.
