To log out, Settings > iTunes and App Store and select your Id and choose Sign out. If you get an error again, post the exact wording of the error here.

Sep 7, 2015 11:28 PM in response to JoanEz1994by seventy one,Yes, I guessed that was the case and no, as far as I know, debit cards are not accepted in India. I have answered several people similarly over the last few months and never been corrected.
Sign in and go to your billing and payments section where you can see what cards are acceptable. Any reference to Visa or Mastercard will mean Credit cards ... unless it specifically says otherwise.

Sep 17, 2015 4:31 AM in response to seventy oneby AlphaCH7,I am in australia and it has been accepting my visa debit for months, as recently as last night, and then all of a sudden today it tells me it's denied even though there is plenty of money in the account to cover purchases I have made. Any suggestions?

Dec 15, 2015 1:42 AM in response to Gabboiby seventy one,If you check the various answers I gave (above) you should find that one will relate to you. Paragraph 2 of the post of 8 September (7:28) is your best guide. Not identifying your location doesn't help and answers will always be a guess.

Dec 15, 2015 6:44 AM in response to seventy oneby Gabboi,I'm from Australia, And am using a debit card, but it is ******** me because I have been fine to use the debit card for ages?? Is there any way I can go back to having no bank account linked to my Apple ID? Because I would rather have no bank account linked than have to sit and do nothing about updating apps etc etc
