Q: Can't change back to original country (iTunes account)

Hello, it seems that I can't change back to the country where I originally made the account from. Whenever I attempt to do so, it always asks for billing information (Visa, MasterCard & Amex) and I don't have any of those since I only download free games. I never bought any in-app purchases, too.

 

We all know that some games do go free for a few days and I use that chance and download a few using the account set on the right country. Then I got nearly full on memory so I deleted quite some. I changed the country to United States multiple times because I couldn't download apps as it were not available in my country (all free apps). Now I couldn't change back without having to put in billing information.

 

What do I do? I cannot re-download the paid apps (that went free) and is now back to its original price because I'm stuck on the wrong Apple Store. I tried the guides from Apple itself and there are no problems and such.
