Thanks for the question. If I understand correctly, you are having trouble receiving email on the iPhone. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.
Get help with Mail on iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
- Check your email settings.
- Restart your iOS device.
- Remove the affected email account from your device with these steps:
- Tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
- Tap the email account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Add your account again.
