If you turned on the find my iPhone feature from your iPhone, then go to iCloud.com and lock it.
Report it to the police and your carrier. -
Sep 7, 2015 7:00 PM in response to Thipsiriby ChrisJ4203,Apple does not lock phones, your cellular carrier is the only one that could do that, if the provide the service. You would need to contact them to see if they do that. Also, Apple does not take information via email. You can use the Contact Us link at the bottom of the pages here and find information on how to contact Apple.
If you had Find My iPhone active on the device before you lost it, you could log into www.icloud.com and select Find My iPhone and then you can select Lock the phone to lock it with your passcode.
