Sep 7, 2015 7:25 PM in response to myeshabgby ChrisJ4203,Try temporarily disabling your anti-virus and/or firewall. You may also need to take a look at an alternate download, since Apple has not indicated that it supports Windows 10 yet. See this ASC User provided tip for issues with iTunes and Windows. Sep 8, 2015 7:37 AM in response to myeshabgby turingtest2,Oddly the iTunes download page states that iTunes is available for Windows 7 & later (which presumably includes 10), but then goes on to say that 64-bit versions of Windows 7 & 8 require the 64-bit version of iTunes, thereby ignoring the release of Windows 10 altogether. Despite this iTunes should work quite happily on Windows 10. Where it doesn't then the same troubleshooting steps that have worked with older versions of Windows are generally getting it installed.
What is the exact text of the error message?
