Q: MSN mail issue...

It sounds like you are not able to get or send any mail from your MSN account in Mail on your Mac. I would use the Connection Doctor to see what the issue might be, or what settings might need to be changed:

Use Mail Connection Doctor

If you need to get the proper settings to use with the Mail client then you can use the Mail Settings Lookup tool.
