Jan 15, 2016 8:24 AM in response to KRShepherdby patrickduffyleg,If I'm not mistaken, godaddy uses post office protocol aka POP. Have you tried to follow the steps outlined in: Get help if you have issues using a POP email account with more than one device - Apple Support? It's pretty informative if you require the need to stay with POP protocol.
I had a godaddy account as well, I found you can use a POP email account with more than one device, but it works best with one honestly. IMAP is preferred to keep your accounts in sync with multiple devices.
Also, it might be useful on your iOS device if you haven't done so, to use godaddy's automatic email setup tool. It provides you with the latest settings and ensures a functioning inbox: https://www.godaddy.com/help/automatically-setting-up-email-on-your-ios-device-8 311
