Jun 14, 2015 12:04 AM in response to blc_65by jacegris,I've this problem solved this way:
1. "Show Package Content" on your main library -> go to "database" folder
2. remove this files: Person.db, Person.db-wal
3. go back, then go to resources/recovery
4. remove this folders: RKPerson, RKPersonVersion
5. go back to "database" folder from step 1, keep this Finder window open
6. Create new empty Photos Library, name it "Photos Library 2" for example
7. "Show Package Content" on this new library -> go to "database" folder
8. Copy Person.db, then paste this file to "database" folder of your main Library
Enjoy )

Jun 20, 2015 6:29 AM in response to jacegrisby rasimoes,Your trick really works, but unfortunately there is a problem: after you sync with iCloud photo library, all the autofill data is "restored" on the OS X Photos app...this is frustrating! :-(
Any ideia?

Jun 20, 2015 6:43 AM in response to rasimoesby jacegris,Yes, I forgot to say that before these actions I cleared my iCloud photo library completely. And synced new library with all my 78 Gigs of photos in two days

Jun 20, 2015 6:56 AM in response to jacegrisby rasimoes,Good point!
So, how can I do that? You did that on iCloud (web) or iOS/OSX?
I remember that was an option to completely disable iCloud photo library, but you need to wait 1 month to get this done (Apple's rules).

Jun 20, 2015 6:57 AM in response to jacegrisby LarryHN,You also forgot to say to have great backups as hacking the Photos library this way is extremely dangerous unsupported and it is very easy to destroy th library while mucking around in it - messing around inside the library is at your own risk - and the risk is considerable

Jul 4, 2015 6:43 PM in response to LarryHNby kuduboet,It wouldn't be needed if Apple would just give us an easy way to remove incorrect autofill entries, like they do in Safari, Mail, and most other applications. I can't even find the Person.xx files so I don't have to worry about it, but the nonsense autofill entries I have to scroll over really could be avoided. This seems like a rookie mistake for one of the features Apple has touted for many years for iPhoto and Face, facial recognition.

Sep 8, 2015 4:51 PM in response to blc_65by stewartglass,I found a bit of a work around:
So if your child is called Aki, but autofilled names come up as Aki and akiy, do this -
- add a face with the tag of akiy
- click on the faces tab in the sidebar
- scroll down till you find the one person name akiy and rename it "zzy" or something very dissimilar to the names you currently use.
- then right click and choose "remove 1 persons from Faces"
- the name zzy will still be on your autofill, but it won't get in the way like it did when it was akiy when you are naming Aki
