Q: 6th Generation White Screen

I've tried resetting it (holding both volume buttons and the sleep button) and have connected it to my comp but the screen remains blank. Any help or advice?

    Hello Looch1985,

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your iPod nano only showing a white screen. Let's see if we can get it sorted out.

I would start with the article below for some general hardware troubleshooting. You will want to restore your iPod to see if the white screen goes away after that. If that does not work, they it may need service.

    Display shows a white screen

    • Try putting the iPod into disk mode:

      • Reset the device (press the Sleep and Volume Down buttons simultaneously until the display turns black—about eight seconds).
      •
      • When the display turns black, hold down the Volume Down and Volume Up buttons simultaneously until the device enters Disk mode.
    • While the device is in disk mode, sync it to iTunes and try to restore.

    Take it easy
