what setup you using to connect your projector? (cables, adapters and etc.)

Hi. Thank you for answer.
So I bought a cable HDMI one side and the other side mini port to connect on my macbook air 2015. The Projector is a Acer k132. When I connect the cable nothing happens. appears the message No signal. However when I connect the same cable on the Macbook pro it works normally. The macbook pro identify the projector immediately. I don't know what to do. Since from I bought my macbook air I didn't change anything and I didn't install anything.

what exact Macbook Pro you have?
in Macbook Air 2015 used thunderbolt output and it’s not directly compatible with HDMI, you need adapter for that

Macbook pro 13 inch, mid 2012
Intel Graphics 4000.
So on the Macbook Pro I can connect the projector.

My Macbook Air is 13 inck early 2015
intel graphics 6000.

So do you think if I buy a adapter from mini port to HDMI is gonna work?

try to reset smc and pram
than try again

I did it. I reset the smc and the pram and nothing happend.
Is there any other suggestion? Thank you.
