Q: Turning off continuity ignored - iPhone 5s IOS 8.4.1

I have 2 iPhones connected to the same apple ID. Each phone has a different number and is under a different telephone company.

Since continuity appeared, I have turned it off on those phones because the only hing I want to share between those phones are music, film podcast and apps.

After the last ISO update, PhoneB is getting the whole call history of PhoneA.

I have reset, restart, turned "handoff" and "iPhone Cellular Calls" on and off so many times, I lost count.

The following links are now part of my bookmark.

it works for one day, but then it stops working again.

It never happens the other way around. it is always calls history, both received and made calls, that goes from phoneA to phoneB.

Which phone is probably causing this problem. phoneA or phoneB? besides the instructions above, does anyone knows another possible cause for this problem?

Any idea what I should do to stop this?

Yesterday I updated both iPhone 5s to IOS 9. Now it is inverted. The call history from phone B is now visible on phone A. Which is even more annoying since it looks like I am making personal calls with my office phone.

How can I make this stop?
