Q: Allow access to website with weak encryption?

I'm trying to administer devices on my network (Lynksys RV082s, Ubiquity EdgeRouters and the like), but when I try to connect to the devices, Safari, after I accept the certificate (which is, of course, not valid since I am going in via IP address), gives me an error saying "Web Site security issue Safari will not open this website because "10.98.2.1" is using weak encryption" (oh boo-hoo). It also provides a link to the knowledge base article If Safari says it can't establish a secure connection to the server, which says the "resolution" is for the website administrator to "configure their server to be secure". Which is total bull. For starters, how can I configure anything if I can't get to the web interface to configure it? For another, it's not like I have a lot of options here - the device is what the device is. Expecting me to spend thousands of dollars upgrading my hardware to newer "secure" devices simply because Apple doesn't think it is "secure" enough is idiotic. And that's just for starters.

So is there anyway to fix this bug or do I have to abandon Safari, since I can't do my job with it any more?
