Sep 11, 2015 3:53 AM in response to RJBoylesby dominic23,I have seen others report this as well.
I see no problem here with Apple sites.
You may try this.
1. Power off the router. Unplug it from the wall. Wait a while.
Plug it back to the wall. Power the router on. Wait until all the lights are lit properly. It will take a while.
Restart the computer.
Start up in Safe Mode.

2. Empty Cache
Safari > Preference > Advanced
Checkmark the box for "Show Develop menu in menu bar".
Develop menu will appear in the Safari menu bar.
Click Develop and select "Empty Caches" from the dropdown.

I don't know if you're having the same issue as I am, but I got a way to view Apple's Support information pages to work.
Test this:: Go to the Menu, Safari, Preferences, Advanced, Accessibility: -- Do you have that option Checked Or Unchecked??
Mine was Checked and it made all the Apple "HT" "knowledgebase" etc, pages messed up. Although, this forum didn't seem affected.
I tried all the font sizes and the only workaround was to leave the option UN-checked.
Yes, it makes a lot of other sites really, really itty-bitty!! So I've gone back to Checking the box and just UN-checking it when I need to read an Apple page.
I sent webpage Feedback to Apple, but who knows if or when it will get fixed. (I'm using Mavericks 10.9.5, Safari 7.1.8)
Give it a try and post back here and send in Apple feedback (I did it here: https://www.apple.com/contact/feedback.html)

Sep 12, 2015 2:52 PM in response to linda2009by RJBoyles,Thanks Linda, that worked.
I have been an Apple Mac fan for 7 years and the recent upgrade to Yosemite has caused be several problems and this one was the most frustrating. Come on Apple get it fixed!

Yeah, I've been postponing Yosemite.... The last OS I jumped right in with was Snow Leopard.... Took me a long time to leave the Snow! LOL!
Seems like the Apple Support pages were fine a while back (within a few months); might have been the recent Safari update.

For what it's wroth, the support page problem is neither with Safari nor Yosemite issue but with some support pages. They were OK a week ago, then the formatting issues hit, and I was still on 10.9 Mavericks at that point. The pages would not display properly in FireFox either. Somewhere in the last week Apple did something to some support page formatting that causes the problem if, in my case. "Never use font sizes smaller than XXX" was selected in Safari Preferences > Advanced tab. I unchecked that and the pages are now normal. Not a fix but a workabout at least.

Sep 12, 2015 10:09 PM in response to Allan Jonesby xoAnna,What a peculiar bug… Anyway, your solution seems to have solved it! Support pages loading and displaying like before after deselecting the “…font sizes smaller than…” option in Safari Preferences.
Thanks so much!
