Q: Nothing will download off the iTunes/App Store

my internet connections are fine, I checked, and I even tried to download on LTE but nothing is working! Nothing is being downloaded. It's like Apple is having server issues of something. I've restarted the phone and iPad but no budge. i hope I'm not the only one having this issue.

iPhone 6, iOS 8.4.1

    I am also facing no download problem since yesterday in India. Apple outlet says that other customers have also reported same issue. All my three devices have same problem even after changing broadband network and trying all settings
