Q: When I select an artist, it won't let me see all the songs, only the albums

When I am in the mood to listen to a particular artist, I used to select them and then it would show a list of all the songs regardless of album. Now it will only show the different albums and I have to check each album to find the song i want. How can I fix it so it will list the songs?

 

I have the same problem with Genre. Once upon a time, I could select Christmas, etc., and all the songs were listed. Now it only lists the different artists, which defeats the purpose of Genres.

    My Music & Playlists

    The My Music tab makes it easy to navigate all of your music, wherever it comes from—from the iTunes Store, from a rare import CD, or from your Apple Music membership. Every time that you add a song, album, or playlist, we keep it at the top of My Music in Recently Added. Tap the category selector (Artists, Albums, etc.) below Recently Added to sort your music by artists, albums, songs, or other categories.

    Play your music

    I have the same issue as the original post. Even within the " Artists" selection, it will only shuffle/let you listen to one album at a time. We used to be able to easily shuffle all songs by one artist.

    I just figured out that if you tap on whatever photo is there for the genre, it shuffles the entire genre. still cant see all songs of the genre, but it's better than nothing
