Q: Will re-installing Mac OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 solve my Adobe apps from sticking?

I have found that since installing the new, updated OS my Adobe apps - particularly Indesign and Photoshop are sticking and not working to full speed.

I have spoken to Adobe on this matter and have suggested I contact Apple on the new OS update - has anyone else had this problem?
