To run Windows on a Mac you have two options:
- Use Boot Camp. That rune Windows natively on the Mac hardware will Apple drivers
System requirements to install Windows on your Mac using Boot Camp - Apple Support
- Use a virtual machine app like Parallels or VirtualBox to run Windows on top of OSX. A little slower
You can also try posting in Microsoft forum to see if you can accommodate the apps without running Windows
