Q: when I try to add an app I get "apple ID had been disabled" message

When trying to add any type of applications to my I phone, or update an application that I purchased in the pass. I get a message that says "Your apple ID has been disabled" message and I can't even open ITunes. Why?

You've logged out everywhere that you are using the account and then logged back in : What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support ?
